Each person’s body is different and designing a program for someone is like solving a puzzle. If you’ve had an injury, I’ll design a program to strengthen a specific muscle you've injured. Or perhaps you have mobility issues with a certain joint. I can address that too. We'll work together to make you feel strong and healthy.

Muscle mass decreases approximately 3–8% per decade after the age of 30 and this rate of decline is even higher after the age of 60.
