My customized personal training programs are designed to help people over 50 improve their overall lifestyle while working against sarcopenia. Sarcopenia is a condition that affects many people as they age, leading to a loss of muscle mass and strength. My plans incorporate strength training and other exercises that promote muscle growth and maintenance. Any medical conditions or physical limitations you may have will be taken into consideration.
